Shipping Policy

Majo Rey aims to dispatch your order within 4 days of receipt of payment details – excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. Of course, this is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock.

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a dispatch confirmation with the tracking number from the corresponding delivery company, together with details on how to track your order. Please note that these services might not be available during the festive and pre-festive days. Also note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and Majo Rey is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

While the goods are on their way from us to you, we will be responsable for the insurance of the order.  A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods is passed to you.

After receiving the payment, the package is prepared and sent.

Usually this will be delivered within 4 days at home (the Netherlands 6 days).

​

The products that you buy through this web shop are custom made to the specification you have entered. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is therefore final after successful payment. 

 

If the ordered product is not in stock, you will be informed via email and you can opt for a refund or to wait until the item arrives. Items ordered through this web store are delivered in Belgium en The Netherlands.

 

For other destinations to be requested via e-mail.

 

Delivery is made by Bpost, whereby you can choose to deliver at home or at the office, at a collection point or via a parcel machine.

Deliveries in Belgium and the Netherlands costs 5 €.

 

Any visible damage and / or qualitative shortcoming of an item or other shortcoming in delivery must be reported by the Customer to Majo Rey  without delay.

 

The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer from the moment he (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) has physically taken possession of the goods.

 

The delivered items remain the exclusive property of Majo Rey until the moment of full payment by the Customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Obviously, one of our biggest pleasures is knowing that our customers are happy and satisfied with our products. But, if for some reason you want to return an item, we kindly remind you that you have 7 days to do so from the delivery date.

Due to the intimate and delicate nature of our products, we have a limited returns policy. Please make sure you have read and understand it before making a purchase.

​

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase (in-store) or receipt of items (online orders) for items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in otherwise sellable condition in original packaging with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear (bottoms), bodysuits, or swimwear.

We also inform that Majo Rey does not refund money. After you return an item we will send you a credit cupon that can be used within a year.

In order to exercise the right of return, please write us an email or send a registered letter, indicating which item you'd like to return, and if you wish to exchange it, or receive a credit cupon.

Unfortunately, until now, the respective shipping costs will be your responsibility, and we strongly advise you to send the package with a trackable carrier.  We are working on a way to turn this buyers experience more customer friendly.

After receiving the returned items and checking them, we will issue the credit cupon and send it to you per email.

We urge you to contact us by phone or through the contact page on this site before making a purchase if you have any questions at all about fit, color, fabric, or anything else. We understand that it can be challenging to purchase lingerie online and would be happy to guide you to something that you love (and will fit perfectly, of course)!
